Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently only ship within USA.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
• Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship certain products to specific states or regions. Please check local laws before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please check with your carrier and local post office for assistance.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
• International shipping is available to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
